Taylor has been a Police Officer since 2015. Taylor started as a part time officer for the Village of Maple Bluff where she assisted in training Maple Bluff's first patrol K9 Ali. Since 2017 Taylor has been full time Officer for the City of Monroe. Taylor's goal as a Police Officer has always been to become a K9 Officer. Taylor regularly assists in training Monroe's K9 Bane.

 

Taylor owns her own K9 rescue and usually only owns mutts but in 2018 Taylor got her first German Shepherd, Zaara, from Blue Line Elite Shepherd's in Brodhead WI. There is nothing Zaara wouldn't do for a tennis ball. Taylor began Cadaver training with Zaara in the Summer of 2020. Spring of 2021 Taylor and Zaara plan to certify in Human Remains Detection.
